Design Author’s Site Supervision

Our site supervision service ensures that every element of your project is delivered exactly as envisioned — preserving design integrity from the first drawing to the final detail.
We work closely with contractors, suppliers, and craftsmen to maintain the highest standards of execution, coordinating each stage of construction so the finished space reflects both the precision of our plans and the character of your vision.
Our supervision includes:
  • Guided showroom visits to confirm the exact finishes and products specified in the design.
  • Ongoing verification that all works align precisely with the approved project documentation.
  • Regular on-site presence — no fewer than four visits per month — with comprehensive reports and a detailed construction log.
  • Continuous dialogue with the site foreman, including remote consultations on technical drawings.
  • Timely adjustments to the design in response to structural changes or unforeseen site conditions.
  • Coordination of material and equipment procurement on behalf of the Client, including quotation review, product verification, and alternative sourcing when required.
  • Scheduling and arranging the delivery of finishing materials to meet construction timelines.

WORKFLOW

1. Initial Consultation
An introductory meeting to outline our principles and approach, review sample materials — including a full design project album, budget estimate, and examples of author’s supervision and procurement reports.
We assess the potential of your property, discuss your requirements, and prepare a detailed technical brief capturing your preferences for each space — from functional zoning and interior style to material choices and renovation budget.
This stage also includes the completion of an online questionnaire.

2. Site Survey
Comprehensive on-site measurements and photographic documentation of the entire property.

3. Spatial Planning
Development of one or more layout solutions in line with the approved technical brief.
Layouts are prepared in volumetric format for greater clarity and visual comprehension.
We then review all options together, refine as necessary, and finalise the plan that fully reflects the client’s vision.

4. Concept Development
Drawing on your references, stylistic direction, and colour preferences, we prepare several design concepts for the required spaces.
Following the initial collages, we schedule showroom visits to view all proposed materials in person, confirm selections, or choose alternatives. Final material choices are incorporated into the project, and collages are adjusted accordingly before moving to the 3D visualisation stage.

5. 3D Visualisation
Creation of photorealistic 3D renderings of your future interiors, based on the approved spatial plan and design concept for each space.

6. Technical Documentation
Once 3D visuals are approved, we prepare the complete set of working drawings.
At this stage, we confirm all technical details — socket and switch placement, underfloor heating controls, air conditioning — along with any other project-specific requirements.
We also compile a schedule of all finishing materials, sanitaryware, lighting, and ready-made furniture items featured in the visuals, complete with product names and codes.

7. Schedules & Procurement
A full list of all finishing materials, lighting, furniture, and sanitaryware, including prices and supplier links.
We source suppliers and contractors capable of delivering and producing all project-specified components, and approve samples for each material as required.

8. Author’s Supervision
A comprehensive oversight service ensuring that all on-site works are carried out in strict accordance with the approved design documentation and project vision.

Achieving the result you envisage begins with rigorous attention to detail. It is invariably the small decisions that define the whole—and, if neglected, can diminish an otherwise beautiful interior. Our commitment is to carry the project through to completion, ensuring every idea is realised. Drawing on our experience, we steward the process calmly and efficiently, avoiding wasted effort and cost while delivering a result of lasting quality.
