Supervision carried out to ensure that the design solutions specified in the working documentation are fully implemented on site.
  • Visits to showrooms to accurately confirm real models included in the project.

  • Control of compliance of construction works with the design project.

  • Site visits at least 4 times per month.

  • Site visit reports and maintaining a construction log.

  • Necessary communication with the foreman on site, including phone consultations regarding all provided drawings.

  • Making adjustments to the project arising after demolition of old or construction of new partitions, floor levelling, and wall or ceiling alignment.

  • Coordination of ordering materials and equipment on behalf of and as instructed by the Client (preparing and agreeing invoices, verifying article numbers and quantities, confirming delivery schedules, selecting alternative items in case of discontinued products or unsuitable delivery dates).

  • Arranging delivery of finishing materials required at the stage of construction.
Cost: from $370 per month (for projects in the Moscow Region, the amount is subject to separate agreement).

Project Stages
  • Introduction
    Before starting the work, we always meet in person to get to know each other, answer all your questions and show our portfolio.

    The contract is not signed immediately – only after you have reviewed the terms, payment methods and timelines. We can sign it during the first meeting or schedule a separate appointment when convenient for you.

    At this stage, we also discuss your flat or house and review the initial data.
  • Questionnaire
    After the meeting, we create a Telegram group where all discussions and project information are kept.

    We prepare a detailed questionnaire for you, where all your wishes regarding each room and functional zone are recorded. The questionnaire is stored in the cloud, so you can complete and submit it at a convenient time.

    Thanks to the questionnaire, all important information is preserved for us, and we can start working on the layouts right after the measurements. Your references and ideas can be shared in the group or via a Pinterest board.
  • Site Measurements
    Once the contract is signed, we visit the site to take precise measurements.
    During the visit, we take photo and video documentation of the property.
    If the layout is complex, we involve a contractor with specialised equipment for 3D scanning.
  • Layout
    After receiving your completed questionnaire, we study it carefully and start developing layouts. We cannot begin without real wall dimensions and information about all technical details.

    We create three layout options – the most convenient, comfortable and tailored to you.
    In addition, we provide 3D layouts for your convenience.
    We arrange a call or in-person meeting to review each option and make corrections together in real time. Finally, we send everything to you so you can decide on the final version.
  • Concept boards
    Based on your references, stylistic direction and colour preferences, we prepare several design concepts for each room.

    The concept boards include only real furniture, appliances, sanitary ware and finishing materials — things that match both your style and budget.

    After the preliminary concept boards are ready, we plan visits to showrooms and shops together. It is essential that you see the items we propose in real life, as well as alternative options that can later be reflected in the project.

    This way, by the time renovation begins, you will already know what to purchase, and there will be no worries whether reality matches the visualisations.
  • Visualisations
    This is the most inspiring stage – photo-realistic 3D visualisations of the project. They are created based on approved mood boards and layouts.

    Every detail is modelled in true-to-life dimensions, accurate down to the millimetre.

    Visualisations help us make sure that the concept is not only functional but also truly beautiful.
  • Technical Documentation
    This is the most essential part of the entire project – drawings. We start working on them already from the measurement stage.

    During visualisation, we also design the positions of sockets, switches, lighting, ventilation and air conditioning — everything that must be reflected in the drawings.

    After all key elements are approved, we finalise the complete set of drawings.

    Each project includes a list of standard drawings, but as every home is unique, we add any extra drawings if required.
  • Specifications
    When the drawings are complete, we prepare a detailed specification for everything needed to bring the project to life.

    The specifications include:
    • finishing materials
    • sanitary ware
    • electrical fittings
    • furniture
    • appliances
    Each list contains article numbers, quantities, suppliers (where to buy), and contacts of managers we have worked with.

    We also provide recommendations for contractors (ceilings, doors, and other works), making it easier for you to implement the renovation, even if you decide to manage it independently.
